SharePoint implementation

Hexastep implemented in Sonangol - Luanda Refinery an Intranet solution and Collaborative Document Management system based on Microsoft Sharepoint.

This project consisted of the following phases:

Installation of MOSS 2007;
Setting up the infrastructure and integration with corporate ActiveDirectory;
Implementation of Document Management Processes;
Functional and Technical Consulting;
Definition of user profiles and their permissions;
Process Definition and Document Approval Workflows;

Sonangol Intranet

The customer Sonangol - Luanda Refinery was well endowed with an information management system that allows for corporate search for any documents on the intranet in a simple and immediate way, connecting departments and employees and at the same time optimizing workflow processes.
